- Process opt-out requests (STOP commands) promptly
3.2 No Sale of Mobile Numbers
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected through our consent forms are not added to marketing lists or shared with data brokers.
3.3 Consent Record Retention
In compliance with TCR (The Campaign Registry) requirements and TCPA best practices, we retain records of your consent — including the date, time, method of opt-in, IP address, and the specific language presented to you — for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of opt-in or until the applicable statute of limitations period expires, whichever is longer.
3.4 Opt-Out Honors
When you text STOP or otherwise withdraw your SMS consent, we process your opt-out within one business day and maintain a suppression record to ensure you are not contacted again via SMS. Suppression records are retained permanently.
